I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma, mood disorders, behavior issues and various other challenges faced by adults and children alike. Over the past 14+ years I have worked everywhere from residential and intensive in-home programs to outpatient and independent living working with people of all ages and their families to help them better understand the roots of their struggles and practice strategies that help them to achieve their goals and live happier lives.
Currently, my focus is on providing EMDR both in person and virtually as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and family therapy through my foundations in Collaborative Problem Solving. Collaboration and Transparency are very important to me, so expect to establish goals that matter to you, understand your diagnoses and treatment plan, and know why and how we are approaching these things in therapy.
Regardless of approach, there is nothing more satisfying than giving adults, kids, and families the tools to succeed by whatever metric is most meaningful to them.
