Sometimes life throws us curve balls and although it may be something we can navigate alone, it's always easier to get through with someone by your side. That is what I am here for. I am authentic and open minded, with an extensive background working with children and families. I can help navigate and support you during some of the most difficult times in your life.

I have my Masters in Social Work from University of California, Berkeley and have worked in both healthcare at OHSU and public-school settings in CA for over 10 years. I use a culturally sensitive, strength-based, family systems and environmental approach keeping trauma informed care in mind.
