“As a clinician I believe that every person has the right to maximize their quality of life and to live in alignment with their own values. I value and respect the courage it takes to start this process, and I believe it is my responsibility to make this journey as safe and beneficial for you as it can be.

I rely on a holistic, evidence-based approaches including recognition of systemic and societal as well as individual factors that contribute to mental health. I primarily utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) constructs which include integration of cognitive behavioral therapy, emphasis on personal values, acceptance, self-compassion, and mindfulness practices. I engage in trauma-informed processes and have been trained in both EMDR and FLASH techniques. I believe in being direct and open about the therapeutic process.

I have a PhD in Disability Disciplines- Rehabilitation Counseling and have specialized training in working with those who have disabilities, particularly those who are neurodiverse such as ADHD and ASD and recognize the inherent trauma that society often creates for those who are neurodiverse and/or disabled.
