Hello, my name is Tiffany Thomas. I'm passionate about helping those who are hurting, feel unheard, and unseen. I am a CSWA in Oregon and a certified drug and alcohol counselor (CADC1).
I have a Master of Social Work Degree and have been practicing in the field for 6+ years. I work primarily with individual adults, ages 18-70, and occasionally work with couples.
My primary specialties are trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and Christian counseling. I like to use a humanistic approach, being mindful, as I work with people who have struggled with anxiety, depression, abuse, attachment issues, behavioral issues, phobias, family trauma, church trauma, stress management, relationships, co-dependency, women’s issues, and self esteem. I provide psycho-education, new strategies, and a new perspective.
I am trained or have experience working with CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Addiction, Grief, and Trauma.
