I tend to focus on a strengths-based approach with clients but I also weave in narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused brief therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Ultimately we work together to find what works best for YOU in creating a wellness journey that you can be proud of.

I’ve been working with teens and adults for the last 10 years in Oregon, Washington and Mississippi. The majority of my experience is working with anxiety, depression, familial situations, grief, self-esteem, relationship building and ADHD. Additionally, I am a firm believer in not only accepting all individuals, but celebrating them for who they are.
