As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am dedicated to guiding my clients through life’s complexities. With a foundation in existential-humanistic and narrative therapy, I help individuals find meaning and direction in their lives. My understanding of mental health and trauma allows me to provide educational support, empowering clients to face their challenges with knowledge.
I specialize in treating anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues. As a couple’s therapist, I assist with healing relationships or helping couples part ways peacefully through conscious uncoupling. My background as a military and EMS veteran gives me unique insights, especially in helping healthcare professionals, first responders, veterans and their family members to manage the stress and burnout common in their careers to obtain a better work life balance.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Family Systems from the University of Denver. Additionally I hold an Undergraduate Certificate in Trauma Informed Care from the University of North Texas and a Graduate Certificate in Addiction and Substance Use Related Disorders from Arizona State University.
