I operate from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive perspective and have specialized training in how trauma effects the body and mind. I am trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, allowing us to use an integrative approach to tailor treatment to your specific needs. I offer relational, collaborative sessions with a focus on expanding self-understanding and skill development. I look forward to accompanying you on your healing journey.
