Together, my clients and I work to achieve a unique blend of meaning-making, helping clients to make sense of their story, process what it means in their life today, and choose how to look forward.

I have an empathetic yet realistic approach to counseling that helps clients get to the root of their issues quickly and effectively. I obtained a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018 and have enjoyed being a vessel to help clients of varying ages, races, genders, sexual orientations, and experiences achieve their potential.
