I’m a mental health therapist committed to helping adults learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and others and create the lives they want to live. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, thoughts, habits and beliefs around ourselves and the lives we lead.
I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help clients reach their goals. Our time together is yours, and I take the opportunity to partner with you as sacred. I use a variety of approaches in helping adults overcome and identify and develop their own strengths and tools to care for their mental health. I enjoy using art and writing and creative options as well as a variety of other resources.
I truly believe in the individual and do not believe that one size fits all! You are unique and your approach to wellness and optimal mental health should be unique, too. I’m passionate about helping you find the tools you need and to develop those strengths you already possess. I truly believe we all have the ability within ourselves to create the lives we want to have, and I want to work with you to help you develop yours.
