My name is Anna (she/her) and I am a social work associate working towards my licensure. I grew up in Oregon and have lived in many different places including Massachusetts, China, New York City, and Los Angeles. I am a certified Mindfulness facilitator and enjoy traveling, being outdoors in nature, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.

I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, different types of losses, grief, life transitions, parenting, and trauma. Previously I worked in hospice walking alongside folks in their grieving journey. I believe the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Working with each individual is unique, and so is the relationship we build together. I am interested in finding out what is important to you, what your counseling goals are, and how I can support you in those goals. I believe you are the expert in your own life and we will work together in creating a life that feels more meaningful to you and with more overall well-being.

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. My background is in mindfulness, and I also utilize an attachment theory orientation as well as drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and motivational interviewing. My clients appreciate my warm and empathetic presence, in a welcoming and safe space. I look forward to connecting with you!
