Stronger Oregon is a statewide outpatient mental health program serving individuals of all ages, with a focus on accessible, trauma-informed care. We welcome referrals from medical providers, schools, case managers, and other professionals looking to connect individuals and families to high-quality behavioral health services across Oregon.

How to Submit a Referral

Referrals can be submitted in several convenient ways:

After we receive your referral, our intake team will follow up with the client directly to complete a brief intake process and match them with a provider based on insurance, location, availability, and areas of need.

Our Services

Stronger Oregon provides a comprehensive range of outpatient behavioral health services, including:

  • Individual Therapy (children, adolescents, adults)

  • Family Therapy

  • Couples Counseling

  • School-Based Mental Health Services

  • Trauma-Informed Care & EMDR

  • Peer Support Services (Youth, Family, and Adult Peer Specialists)

  • Skills Training and Case Management

  • Crisis Prevention and Safety Planning

  • Anti-Bullying Interventions (e.g., Stand Strong Program)

We serve clients virtually (via secure telehealth) or in person in offices, schools, and other community settings. All services are delivered by licensed clinicians, associates under supervision, or certified traditional health workers (THWs).

  • Adults in need of individual or family support

  • Clients with OHP/Medicaid or commercial insurance

  • Individuals experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, behavioral issues, and more

Insurance and Billing

We accept:

  • Oregon Health Plan (OHP) — All major CCOs statewide

  • Private/Commercial Insurance (see list of all insurances)

  • Sliding Scale (for uninsured clients)
    We verify coverage and handle all billing directly with the payer.
