I use an eclectic approach modified to fit each client's style and needs. Fundamentally based on mindfulness, healthy coping, and reality acceptance, we will make realistic and achievable goals, honoring the small daily "wins" along the way.

I hold a BA in Music and have worked as a professional violinist.

I hold an MA in Counseling Psychology and a Certificate in Addiction Studies. I have worked in the field for more than 14 years. Specialize in depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma.

On a side note: I enjoy sailing, many kinds of music, cooking, travel, family time. I have attended more than 3000 yoga classes!

I’m an Oregon native who enjoys getting outside and moving. The water is where I find my peace, whether it be watching the waves crash on the shore at the Oregon Coast or paddleboarding.

I’ve worked in a variety of settings including high schools, Telehealth, in person and community-based services. I’ve worked with marginalized populations including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, teens and young adults experiencing first episode psychosis, trauma, anxiety, paranoia, OCD, intrusive thoughts, suicide ideation and depression.

Being a teen and transitioning into adulthood into our twenties can seem overwhelming. I’m passionate about positively impacting my clients by providing support to meet their goals. I look for ways to improve mental health and remove barriers with a client centered trauma informed approach. I’ll help you discover the strengths and the power you hold to make positive changes that feel best for you. Therapy can be hard, but it can also be fun and transformative. I strive to make therapy a place you look forward to coming to and using our time together to explore more about yourself. I’ll help you discover the joy in life you may be missing or process hard life events and move forward.

I use a variety of different modalities to help guide clients in effective psychotherapy exercises. I’m passionate about helping those I work with and I strive to continue learning and educating myself to best support my clients.
