I received my Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California. I am a Clinical Social worker Associate, CSWA, working towards my LCSW. I have experience with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have worked with individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. I have worked in schools with children, teens, and their families from all kinds of backgrounds and experiences.
